I absolutely loved my stay at Hanoi Elegance Sapphire! The hotel's location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to the Lake and the bustling old quarter. The rooms were spacious and had a small balcony where my husband could enjoy a smoke. The service was top-notch, with the staff proving their local knowledge in helping us plan our activities. The dining experience offered a variety of options beyond the usual eggs and toast, adding a nice touch to our mornings. However, the noise from street vendors and restaurants below was a minor inconvenience, but nothing that disturbed our overall experience.

The hotel has a slightly over-the-top Versace-style decor with spacious rooms, clean but worn bathrooms, and modern amenities like an in-room PC and hundreds of cable channels on the LCD TV. The service is exceptional, with a caring and service-oriented staff who go out of their way to assist guests with various needs. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant old town on foot, being within walking distance to many iconic sites and shopping centers. The dining experience offers a variety of quality dishes cooked to order, with friendly and helpful staff, although the breakfast is highlighted as a little lacking in variety. The facilities are well-kept, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and centrally located, offering good value for money. While a little dated, they are still perfectly adequate. The rooms were immaculate-clean, spacious, and even had fresh flowers. They were equipped with an LCD TV/DVD, computer with internet, fridge, and a comfortable bed. The only downside was the view of a decorated wall from my window.
